Brad Dourif
2004 Emmy Nominated: Supporting Actor, Deadwood
Dourif attended Aiken Preparatory School in Aiken, South Carolina, where he fostered his interest in both art and acting. He had briefly planned to become a professional artist, but - inspired by his mother's work in community theatre in their town - he decided on acting. He started out on Broadway and doing bit parts in movies until he has cast as Billy Bibbit in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" with Jack Nicholson. Since then he has appeared in nearly a hunderd films ranging from low budget horror to the Lord of the Rings.
Actor Brad Dourif is nominated for his performance as Supporting Actor in the 2004 HBO series "Deadwood".
