2006 Emmy Nominated: Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series

Elizabeth Perkins is undoubtedly one of the most recognizable faces in film and television, and has been acting professionally since the mid-1980's. She is likely best known for her role in the smash hit comedy "Big" alongside Tom Hanks. Later, Perkins went on to critical acclaim with her performances in Avalon and The Doctor. In terms of box office success, Elizabeth's biggest film has been The Flintstones, where she starred as Wilma opposite John Goodman.

Perkins has been nominated for a 2006 Emmy for Supporting Actress as well as a Golden Globe for her role as Celia Hodes, the upstanding PTA mom in the Showtime series Weeds, starring Mary-Louise Parker and Justin Kirk.
