Like most stars, Jennifer didn't expect to be an actress; she spent nine years studying ballet when she was young, and was enrolled in chemical engineering at Denison University when she realized that her heart truly lay in performing and changed her major to drama. After graduation she moved to New York, and from there to Los Angeles where she found happiness both a role on "Felicity" as well as with a husband who worked on the show. After appearing in several popular movies, she was thrust into stardom when her show, "Alias," became an overnight sensation.
