Juliette Lewis was born June 21, 1973 in Los Angeles, California. She wanted to act since she was six years old, and got her start in TV at the age of twelve. She has appeared in dozens of films and made-for-TV movies. She dated actor Brad Pitt for several years and co-starred with him the movies Kalifornia and Too Young to Die. She was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in 1992 for Cape Fear. Lewis has also launched a singing career, leading a group called Juliette and the Licks which has released a number of recordings.

Juliette Lewis is nominated for her supporting role in the HBO movie "Hysterical Blindness".
