2004 Emmy Nominated: Supporting Actress, Sex and the City

2003 Emmy Nominated: Supporting Actress, Sex and the City

Born in the home of the Beatles (Liverpool, England), Kim and her parents emmigrated to Canada when she was only three months old, and it was there that the majority of her movies were made. She returned to England when she was 11 to study at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, and then back to Vancouver, Canada to finish high school. She won a scholarship to continue her studies, this time at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York where she was offered a part in Otto Preminger's Rosebud, her feature film debut. Before finally signing a contract with Universal, she spent many years onstage both in Vancouver and Toronto (for a short time she even dated former Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau). For someone who has had such a long and illustrious career, she sure looks good! With any luck she'll be joining her Sex and the City castmates Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis on stage at the Emmys.

Kim Cattrall is nominated for her supporting role in the HBO series "Sex and the City" in 2004.
