Randy Quaid

2005 Emmy Nominated: Supporting Actor, Elvis

Randall Rudy Quaid was born on Oct 1 1950 in Houston Texas. He went to California and started working as a janitor on Hollywood Boulevard, but within a year he had earned his first Oscar nomination for his work on "The Last Detail." In the ensuing 30 years he has been in over 90 films, and spent a year as a cast member on Saturday Night Live. He was also nominated for an Emmy for his work as former president Lyndon B. Johnson in "LBJ: The Early Years."

Randy Quaid is nominated for 2005's Outstanding Supporting Actor In A Mini Series Or A Movie for his portrayal of Colonel Tom Parker in CBS' "Elvis."
